Pennsylvania CLE credits will be available to attorneys who actively participate in webinars and indicate their participation through polls displayed periodically during the webinars.

Alexandra Morgan-Kurtz is the Managing Attorney for the Pittsburgh office of the Pennsylvania Institutional Law Project (“PILP”), where she litigates a myriad of individual and class action cases focusing on the constitutional and civil rights people who are incarcerated in Pennsylvania.  Some important legal victories include obtaining meaningful settlements for people who were sexually abused, religious accommodations for people in state prison, and a successful challenge to the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections new legal mail policy, among many others.  From 2011-2013, Ms. Morgan-Kurtz worked as a legal fellow for the ACLU of Pennsylvania.  She received her J.D. from the University of Virginia, School of Law in 2011.
