Under the CARES Act, the IRS was tasked with issuing the $1200, plus $500 per qualifying child, stimulus payment known as the Economic Impact Payment (EIP). Months later, many people who should have received the payment have not.

Hear from a panel of Low Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITC) practitioners about common problem scenarios including cases of social security benefit and SSI recipients and other non-filers, separated spouses, identify theft, and dependents potential solutions, litigation, and about the anticipated second round of payments.
