All workshops will be presented virtually by webinar on the Zoom platform. You must register for individual workshop webinars by clicking the Register for the Webinar button appearing in the workshop description and completing the registration information to be admitted into the webinar.

Pennsylvania CLE credits will be available to attorneys who actively participate in webinars and indicate their participation through polls displayed periodically during the webinars.

How do you use Facebook live to reach clients? How do you avoid getting "Zoom bombed" during a presentation? How do you effectively use social media to reach your clients?

This session will discuss ways to conduct community education and provide clients with know-your-rights information during the pandemic. We will discuss tips and best practices for zoom webinars and Facebook lives, telephone town halls with elected officials, virtual legal clinics, creating animated explainer videos, designing flyers and graphics, and finding other creative ways to reach our clients while they cannot come to our offices for intake.

We will discuss best practices for setting up live community education sessions, including which security measures to take. We will also talk about content creation best practices, and how to share materials, so legal advocates can use digital and remote tools to help clients understand their rights and the resources available to them.
