The UCCJEA (Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act), enacted in Pennsylvania in 2004, provides the statutory framework for courts to use to determine both interstate and intrastate jurisdictional disputes in child custody matters.

Join us to learn more about the UCCJEA: how to effectively analyze cases involving jurisdictional disputes and how to incorporate the guidance provided under the UCCJEA into your child custody practice.
