In the United States today, the median Black family owns just 1/10th of the wealth as the median white family. And because the family home typically makes up 2/3rds of a family's wealth, one of the best ways to close the racial wealth gap is through intergenerational wealth transfers. How can we best help our clients keep the family home in the family? This session will talk about basic probate practice and solutions to common tangled title issues.
