Is Pennsylvania a judicial or non-judicial foreclosure state? Do you know when an Act 6 notice (versus Act 91 notice) must be sent to a homeowner? But if you want a refresher on foreclosure basics or have been representing homeowners facing foreclosure for less than a year or so, please consider attending this session.
