Welcome to the 2020 PLAN Virtual Statewide Conference

All workshops will be presented virtually by webinar on the Zoom platform. You must register for individual workshop webinars by clicking the Register for the Webinar button appearing in the workshop description and completing the registration information to be admitted into the webinar.

Pennsylvania CLE credits will be available to attorneys who actively participate in webinars and indicate their participation through polls displayed periodically during the webinars.

This program is delivered as a 90 min hour general session. The general session covers understanding perceptions, acting in a professional manner, legal definitions of harassment, company policy and reporting process. We will incorporate relevant scenarios that allow participants to discuss issues to impact learning. The break-out session focuses on executive leaders’ role in fostering a positive work environment.

Key Objectives:
  • Understand the legal requirements governing harassment in the workplace. 
  • Understand a non-manager and manager’s role/responsibility in maintaining a productive work environment. 
  • Recognize what constitutes harassment. 
  • By-stander training and interrupt harassment 
  • Identify the key elements of the organization’s anti-harassment policy. 
  • Understand retaliation 
  • Know the steps to take to handle complaints effectively. 
  • Know the appropriate corrective action step
