Pennsylvania CLE credits will be available to attorneys who actively participate in webinars and indicate their participation through polls displayed periodically during the webinars.

Amy Lowenstein is a Supervising Attorney at the Pennsylvania Health Law Project (PHLP) where she focuses on improving access to Medicaid services—particularly in Pennsylvania’s managed long-term services and supports program—through policy analysis, systems advocacy, and direct representation.

Prior to joining PHLP, Amy practiced law for fourteen years in New York where she represented health care consumers and people with disabilities through policy advocacy, litigation, and direct services; and advocated extensively to ensure the rights of participants in and improve New York’s Medicaid managed long term services and supports system. Amy received her J.D. from Columbia Law School and her B.A. in history from Wesleyan University.
