Welcome to the 2020 PLAN Virtual Statewide Conference

All workshops will be presented virtually by webinar on the Zoom platform. You must register for individual workshop webinars by clicking the Register for the Webinar button appearing in the workshop description and completing the registration information to be admitted into the webinar.

Pennsylvania CLE credits will be available to attorneys who actively participate in webinars and indicate their participation through polls displayed periodically during the webinars.

Brendan Lynch

Brendan Lynch started at Community Legal Services in 1998 as an Independence Foundation fellow in the Public Benefits unit. From 2000 – 2001, he clerked for the Honorable Petrese B. Tucker of the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Following his clerkship, he returned to work at CLS. In 2006, he moved to the Employment Unit, where he represents low-income workers in a variety of matters including family and medical leave, wage claims, unemployment compensation, terminations from private employment, employer-provided health and disability insurance, and expungement of criminal and child abuse records.

Mr. Lynch received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1998, and his A.B. from Brown University in 1995. He is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and the American Constitution Society, as well as a member of the board of X-Offenders for Community Empowerment, a Pennsylvania community group working to empower people with conviction records and to end the plague of violence from illegal guns.
