Pennsylvania CLE credits will be available to attorneys who actively participate in webinars and indicate their participation through polls displayed periodically during the webinars.

Danna Casserly is PHLP's Director of Development and Communications. Prior to this role, Ms. Casserly provided direct legal services to PHLP clients as a supervising attorney for nearly 10 years.
Ms. Casserly has advocated for health care access for lower-income consumers since she began her legal career as a Staff Attorney with PHLP in 2013. Her work has focused on representing children with complex disabilities in Medicaid appeals involving denials of home health services, e.g. skilled nursing. She is also committed to systemic advocacy efforts around improving access to home health services for children with disabilities.
Currently, Ms. Casserly serves on the Board of Directors for AccessMatters (formerly the Family Planning Council), a sexual and reproductive rights organization based in Philadelphia. Ms. Casserly sits on the Steering Committee of the Imagine Different Coalition, a statewide grassroots effort led by passionate and informed parents, individuals with disabilities, advocates, and professionals from across the state. Ms. Casserly is also a member of the Advisory Council for PA Families Need Nurses Now, a collaborative of families committed to ensuring access to shift nursing and improving quality and delivery of those services across the state. 
Ms. Casserly earned a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science and Public and Community Service Studies from Providence College. During law school, she interned in the Public Benefits Unit at Community Legal Services of Philadelphia. She also served as a Research Assistant to Professor MaryBeth Musumeci and worked as a certified legal intern in Villanova Law School's Civil Justice Clinic, where she represented low income clients in a range of civil disputes including public benefits, family law, and civil asset forfeiture. Ms. Casserly is a recipient of the Walter Lucas Public Interest Fellowship and the Deirdre L. Bailey Leadership Scholarship.
